A Morning of Traditions & Getting Ready

The day began with a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony at Hang’s parents’ home. This beautiful ritual honored family, culture, and the joining of two families in love. While the groomsmen prepared their offerings outside, Hang and her bridal party were pampered by Just Beauty for hair and makeup. Every detail was flawlessly captured by 3M Weddings, ensuring that these cherished moments would last forever.

As the morning transitioned to afternoon, the couple made their way to Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, where our team worked behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day.

A Romantic First Look & Stunning Photos

One of the most heartwarming moments of the day was Hang & Danh’s first look on the elegant foyer staircase. The joy and excitement in their eyes made for the perfect photos, beautifully captured by 3M Weddings.

Following their first look, the wedding party and family gathered for portraits, with the stunning beachside backdrop adding to the magic. On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals provided elegant decor, enhancing the venue’s aesthetic.

An Elegant Ceremony by the Ocean

The ceremony took place on the pool deck, where silver lanterns lined the aisle, leading to a breathtaking floral-adorned arch. Reverend Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies officiated the heartfelt vows, with music by Graingertainement setting the perfect tone. As Hang walked down the aisle to Beautiful in White by Shane Filan, there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd.

Cocktail Hour & A Glamorous Reception

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a sophisticated cocktail hour in the Ballroom Foyer, featuring delicious appetizers, including Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken pot stickers, bruschetta, and vegetarian empanadas, all expertly prepared by Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach’s catering team. The couple’s signature drinks—a purple Desert Pear Ginger Ale for him and a pink Champagne & Cranberry cocktail for her—were a big hit!

As guests made their way into the beautifully decorated Dunes Ballroom, the scene was set for an unforgettable night. On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals provided a stunning backdrop for the sweetheart table, while our team ensured every last detail, from centerpieces to candles, was perfectly in place.

The wedding party made their grand entrance, leading up to Hang & Danh’s first dance and live song performance. With bubble guns adding a whimsical touch, the moment felt straight out of a fairy tale.

A Night of Celebration & Sweet Treats

Dinner was a feast featuring a buffet of Vietnamese Crab & Asparagus Soup, Steamed Sea Bass, Grilled Flat Iron Steak, and Chef’s Style Teriyaki Chicken, thoughtfully modified to fit the couple’s preferences.

The dessert table was a true showstopper, featuring a four-tier coconut cake by Mama T’s Treats, beautifully decorated with tulips provided by the bride. Guests also enjoyed a gelato station by Paciugo Gelato & Caffe, offering a sweet treat to keep the energy high for dancing.

The 360 photo booth provided by Graingertainement was a guest favorite, capturing fun and candid moments throughout the night.

Games, Dancing & A Grand Exit

The reception was filled with fun and interactive moments, including a scavenger hunt and trivia game, where guests won prizes by answering questions about the couple’s love story. The dance floor opened up, with Graingertainement’s DJ and lighting setup creating an unforgettable party atmosphere.

As the night came to an end, Hang & Danh made a grand sparkler exit, surrounded by their loved ones. Their magical day ended just as beautifully as it began, with joy, laughter, and endless love.
