Jacie and Jordan’s wedding, set on the charming grounds of Darby Farm this past January, was a spectacular fusion of boho chic and the thrilling world of racing, reflecting the couple’s unique personalities and interests. As their wedding planner, I had the joy of bringing their vision to life, complete with laid-back elegance and a nod to Jordan’s career in race car driving.

Venue Love at First Sight
When Jacie toured Darby Farm, it was love at first sight. She didn’t need to see any other venues; the rustic charm of the farm with its sprawling fields and cozy nooks was the perfect canvas for their boho-themed celebration. This included table numbers featuring race tracks and a guest book styled like a vintage racing helmet.

The Ceremony
Set outdoors under a beautifully decorated hexagonal arch, the ceremony was both intimate and grand. The groomsmen’s baseball hats added a casual, yet stylish touch that tied back to Jordan’s racing world, contrasting nicely against the soft, flowing dresses of the bridesmaids.

Seamless Transitions
Transitioning from the heartfelt ceremony to a lively reception, the space was quickly flipped during cocktail hour. Guests were treated to an array of appetizers from Chick Fil A and signature drinks bartended by All Mixed Up—Jordan’s featured Mountain Dew and crown apple, while Jacie opted for a refreshing strawberry lemonade with Tito’s, reflecting their personal tastes beautifully.
